The Lias Line Interpretation
I designed a series of interpretation and information signs for the Lias Line, part of National Cycle Network Route 41. The signs were created to help people understand the route, its history and the surrounding landscape, whilst also providing practical information for people using the greenway.
The work included illustrated wildlife interpretation, route mapping and local historical content, all designed to sit within a consistent visual style across the route. The signs needed to balance fairly dense information with clear hierarchy and legibility, whilst remaining engaging and easy to read in an outdoor setting.
